Rice dishes from the menu
Marés is at Comte Borrell, 208, inside Hotel Zenit Borrell, and you're welcome even if you're not staying with us. The rice dishes are on the main menu, arrive at the table in the pan and go in the middle to share.

The Marés paella
If it's your first time at Marés, order the seafood paella, the one that carries the house name on the menu. It comes with mussels, clams, langoustine and lemon to squeeze over the top. Before the rice, order something to nibble, such as Patatas Marés or Galician-style octopus, but don't overdo it: leave room for the paella. With the seafood, a glass of house white wine or a glass of cava.
